Mexican troops reveal two drug-smuggling tunnels near the US border. One began inside a warehouse in Tijuana, but was incomplete and did not cross the border into San Diego, while a second ran to an empty shop in San Luis, Arizona. Both featured lighting and ventilation systems, and were more sophisticated than previous smuggling passages
